Moovertigo

When I painted Moovertigo, I wanted to make a portrait of a cow but add a sense of rotation and a slight visual glitch to it. The concentric circles turn her face into the center of a strange hypnosis: it is still just a cow, yet looking at her becomes slightly unstable. This work belongs to the cow series, but not to the UFO subseries. No one is abducting the cow here; she is the one abducting your attention.
